Mirecha Consulting was founded by Demet Sönmez in 2022. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies.
 

Demet is a professional with 25+ years experience helping individuals and organizations navigate business growth opportunities through go-to-market maturity. Demet has worked with a wide variety of companies and leaders in major global brands, mid-to-small size businesses and start-ups.

 

Notable global firms include: IBM, Dell and Gartner.  

Turkey originated global companies include: ICRON, Evam.

 

Demet has completed various trainings and certifications to incorporate coaching skills while working with leaders and their teams:

• Storytelling for Leaders  (2017)

• Gestalt Coaching Program  (2017 - 2018)

• Team facilitation training  aka Deep democracy the Lewis method (2020)
